Dovanna Zehr Rosenberger, Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Certified Nurturing the Mother® Pregnancy Massage Therapist
Dovanna grew up in a small town west of the Adirondack Mountains in Northern New York. She graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA, with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and minors in Psychology and Youth Ministry. After graduation, she moved to Santa Cruz, Bolivia where she volunteered at an orphanage for two years. Her experiences in Bolivia reinforced for her how important healing touch is to both children and adults and reawakened her interest in therapeutic massage.
Upon her return to the United States, she attended Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY and graduated from their intensive, Full-Time Program (1000-hours) in June of 2010. Dovanna approaches massage therapy from a holistic perspective; she has been trained in various modalities including: Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Therapeutic Massage. Each session is customized and based on her client’s unique needs. Dovanna's goal is create an environment in which her clients can reconnect with themselves and experience true healing.
In May 2011, she founded Shalom Healing Arts and that is where she continues her work today.
